Its steel bracket design provides superior stability while allowing the pump to tuck closer to the frame for better clearance and reduced visibility. The PLUS Series flows up to 290 gallons per hour through 1/2-inch ports and 1/2-inch fuel line, with larger fuel-line configurations available on high-flow applications, and accessory ports allow the installation of heater options for extreme cold weather operation.

The PLUS Series also incorporates an integrated Heat Sink: ORB fittings and 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings pull heat away from the motor, reducing operating temperature and thermal stress. The Heat Sink reduces motor temperature by 20°F or more, further extending the life of the million-mile motor and maintaining consistent performance under demanding conditions. Black anodized ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized AN fittings, and black fuel line give the system an ultra-clean installation.

This kit pairs the Titanium Signature Series PLUS Fuel System with our FASS Single Bolt Fuel Sump Kit and offers significant savings over buying the two separately. It includes everything you need for a simple, straightforward FASS installation, and nothing you don't.

The FASS Single Bolt Fuel Sump is the key to a faster, cleaner installation. Instead of lowering the fuel tank and modifying the factory fuel module, the sump installs through a single opening in the bottom of the tank. Its single-bolt design and dedicated suction and return ports let both FASS fuel lines connect directly to the sump, eliminating one of the most labor-intensive steps of a traditional installation and cutting about 2 hours of labor, typically saving $300 or more. The sump draws fuel from the lowest point of the tank, and its extra-large reservoir maintains a consistent supply when fuel is low, during acceleration or braking, and on steep inclines.
