The Titanium Signature Series PLUS is the next evolution of our popular Titanium Signature Series Fuel System, and our premier fuel system for pickup applications, combining high-flow performance, advanced filtration, air/vapor separation, and upgraded components in one complete system. Its steel bracket design provides superior stability while allowing the pump to tuck closer to the frame for better clearance and reduced visibility. The PLUS Series uses 1/2-inch ports and 1/2-inch fuel line, and accessory ports allow the installation of heater options for extreme cold weather operation.

The PLUS Series also incorporates an integrated Heat Sink: ORB fittings and 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings pull heat away from the motor, reducing operating temperature and thermal stress. The Heat Sink reduces motor temperature by 20°F or more, further extending the life of the million-mile motor and maintaining consistent performance under demanding conditions. Black anodized ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized AN fittings, and black fuel line give the system an ultra-clean installation.

This Fuel System removes air, vapor, water, and debris from your diesel fuel and protects your RAM 1500 EcoDiesel injection system, and it WILL TRIPLE the life of both your injection system and your injectors. These benefits come from 2 Micron Absolute Microglass filtration, the Extreme Water Separator with over 99% free and emulsified water separation, and the FASS Diesel Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process.

• Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) are an advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS system by creating smooth-flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air/vapor back into the fuel and prevents eddy currents from forming in the corner of a sharp 90-degree angle. FASS Titanium Signature Series systems are the only fuel air/vapor separation systems that incorporate these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts. Lesser competitors commonly use T-bone and square 90-degree fittings that limit fuel flow, cause restrictions, and reintroduce air/vapor back into your fuel.
• Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continually polishes your fuel by keeping positive pressure on the fuel delivered to the engine, preventing cavitation along with galling and scoring. Fuel not yet needed is returned to the tank after passing through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor, and water. Your fuel is constantly “polished” (cleaned), guaranteeing your diesel truck always has the cleanest fuel possible. MFR in combination with the optional FASS Fuel Heater options ensures “EXTREME” cold weather operation.
• Bolt-On Bracket Mounts replace the older mounting styles that required drilling or welding. Our bolt-on brackets utilize your factory bed bolt, the bolt that secures your truck bed to your frame, so mounting your Titanium Signature Series PLUS system takes only minutes. All brackets are made from machined steel for superior support and strength.
• Integrated Heat Sink: Black anodized aluminum motor heat sink reduces motor operating temperature by 20°F or more, extending the life of our proven million-mile motor and adding a clean, upgraded appearance to the system.
